This release focuses on removing friction across the parts of thinkrr you use most. Less manual maintenance, clearer account management, and small workflow improvements that save time every day.
Here’s what’s included.
Web Widget, Upgraded
We expanded Web Widget appearance customization.
You can now:
Choose between icon-based or face-based visuals
Set visuals separately for idle and speaking states

This gives you more flexibility to match your widget to your site experience and brand.
Centralized Profile Settings
Profile Settings is now a more complete control center for subscription and add-on management.
You can now:
Purchase or cancel White Label directly inside the app
Purchase Knowledge Pack credits from Profile Settings
Access subscription management actions from within your profile

More Detailed Billing
Connected billing accounts now include a See Details button, letting you open your billing dashboard directly.
Inbound Transfers
Transferred inbound calls now display the original caller’s phone number.
This makes it easier to keep context during handoffs and reduces confusion when calls are transferred between people or teams.
Smarter Booking Notifications
Meeting booked notifications now link to Call History instead of external calendar views, keeping everything within thinkrr.

Agent Management Improvements
Agent management is faster and safer with a few key updates:
Agent names can now be edited directly from the agent list
Agent roles are locked after creation
Saving an agent keeps you in the configuration screen
Bug Fixes and UI Improvements
We also shipped several fixes across billing and account screens, including:
Layout and scrolling improvements
Resolved intermittent loading spinners and text cutoff issues
General UI stability improvements across configuration and settings
Final Thoughts
This update tightens the core product experience. Agents stay current with less manual work, account settings are easier to manage, and key workflows now keep you in the platform.
More improvements are already on the way.
