New Campaign Auto Pause Feature

Here’s a little more control for your outbound calling side of things.

Running out of minutes mid-campaign can create gaps in your contact lists.

Now, when your balance drops too low, active campaigns with remaining calls are automatically paused. A warning banner pops up at the top of the screen for the user to take action (or dismiss but don't do that!).

Once you recharge, you can choose which campaigns to resume, while still respecting the type of minutes assigned to each one.

This keeps your operations controlled, predictable, and free from silent interruptions and messy data.

More Actionable Web Widgets

Your inbound website receptionist now has even more ability to take action!

Links added to web widget subtext are now fully clickable, making it easier to guide users toward additional resources or next steps directly from the widget interface.

Agent Reports now support weekly and monthly intervals, giving you a broader view of performance over time. Instead of piecing together daily activity, you can track trends, measure consistency, and make decisions based on more meaningful timeframes.

Previously, adding a website to a Knowledge Pack meant pulling in everything and hoping it stayed relevant. Now, after entering a URL, you can review discovered pages and choose exactly which ones to include.

This gives you more control on what information is captured when scraping large websites with hundreds of pages. The result is organized information which allows for more focused conversations with the agents.

Additional CRM Data Synchronization

Your calls already capture valuable information, and contacts are automatically created.

For users with GHL Sync enabled, Thinkrr can now enrich CRM contacts automatically by filling in missing fields with data gathered during conversations.

Existing information is never overwritten, only empty fields are updated.

This means less manual data entry, more complete contact records, and a CRM that stays aligned with large contact lists where visibility is key.
