Call History Refresh
Keeping track of conversations is now easier than ever. The call history section has been redesigned to give you clearer insights and faster navigation:
A new sortable table, defaulting to most recent calls
Show/hide columns, with your preferences saved automatically
Smarter filters to drill down on what matters
A redesigned drawer that separates Call Summary (with recordings) and Call Details
This update makes it much easier to review past interactions, spot trends, and pull the information you need at a glance.
Receptionist Agent Updates
We’ve simplified the setup process to remove confusion and reduce friction:
Mandatory fields are now highlighted more clearly
Outdated instructional text has been cleaned up
These changes make configuring receptionist agents more intuitive, so you can get agents live with less back-and-forth.
AI Copilot for Inbound Agents
Say hello to Copilot, your new assistant for agent setup. Available on newly created Inbound Receptionists, Copilot lets you simply speak naturally to a virtual agent, and it will auto-fill fields like greetings and openers.
It’s a faster way to get started, especially if you’re in a hurry, while still giving you the flexibility to refine the details later.
Stripe Connect Improvements
Payment setup is now more flexible:
You can reset and change your country selection during setup
The “lock-in” issue that previously blocked users has been resolved
This ensures a smoother experience when onboarding with Stripe Connect.
Bug Fixes & Quality Improvements
Alongside these features, we’ve made a number of under-the-hood improvements:
Faster, more responsive UI across the platform
More reliable agent setup and campaign management
Accent stability fix: Marissa’s accent now remains consistent during calls
General fixes across account management, campaign data fetching, calendar links, reporting, Smart Actions, and call history accuracy
White-label improvements: backwards compatibility and upgraded UI for automated payments
